Job summary

AHMC Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Nursing Administrative Supervisor to act as the administrative representative on assigned shifts, ensuring effective management of patient care and contributing to department and hospital goals.

The role coordinates clinical and managerial activities, ensures staffing per Matrix and Acuity standards, and troubleshoots issues to support quality care. The candidate will have a graduate of an accredited RN program with CA RN licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; admin supervisor experience preferred (2+ years).
• Current CA RN license, BLS; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as administrative representative on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate clinical and managerial activities for a shift.
• Provide staffing per Matrix and Acuity standards and triage as needed.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues; inform management of findings.
