Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Current NY State license/certification in healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 7 years leadership in an acute care hospital or integrated system.
• Minimum 5 years leadership in Emergency Department or high-acuity service.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
• Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and metrics.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (The Joint Commission, CMS, NYSDOH, OSHA).
• Experience using EHRs, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Provide executive leadership for the Emergency Department's clinical, operational, financial, and admin functions.

• Monitor quality indicators and drive performance improvements.
• Manage departmental budgets and capital investments.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain multidisciplinary workforce.
