Job summary

Trinity Health in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated, full-time team member for the Day Shift to support service fulfillment, disinfection and sanitation in patient-facing, ancillary or back-office areas, delivering compassionate care and meeting regulatory standards.

You will assemble and deliver trays, perform basic prep, communicate needs to the team, rotate stock, clean dishes and equipment, follow food safety guidelines, monitor temperatures, and operate point-of-sale systems to handle cash

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include Serve Safe Certification or within 6 months of hire.
• Food Handlers Certification in line with state requirements, or within 6 months of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers trays following basic portion/menu guidelines.
• Performs simple prep (portioning, packaging).
• Communicates basic needs to team members and leaders.
• Rotates and replenishes floor stock, food supplies, and kitchen inventory to maintain par levels and reduce waste.
• Cleans dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas; ensures sanitation compliance and reports maintenance or safety issues.
• Operates basic kitchen tools, cleans, and maintains equipment according to safety protocols.
• Follows food safety and hygiene guidelines, monitors and records food and equipment temperatures to meet regulatory standards.
• Operates point-of-sale systems, handles cash transactions accurately.
