Job summary

Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification or within 6 months of hire.
• Food Handler Certification per state requirements or within 6 months of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 0-1 year of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers trays following basic portion/menu guidelines.
• Performs simple prep (portioning, packaging).
• Communicates basic needs to team members and leaders.
• Rotates and replenishes floor stock, food supplies, and kitchen inventory to maintain par levels and reduce waste.
• Clears and cleans dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas; ensures sanitation compliance.
• Operates basic kitchen tools and maintains equipment per safety protocols.
• Follows food safety and hygiene guidelines and monitors temperatures.
• Operates point-of-sale systems and handles cash transactions accurately.
