Qualifications

• CDM certification preferred or completion within 1 year of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related experience in a healthcare facility.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong math, accounting, procurement, and food service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production, meal service, and cafeteria operations.
• Supervise production staff; provide direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Coordinate patient meals with diet specifications and cultural needs.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to meet budgets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support catering, retail, and special functions logistics and quality.
