Job summary

Bryan College of Health Sciences in Nebraska is seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hospital patients, employees, and guests, following menus and recipes approved by the Nutrition Services Manager.

You will maintain sanitation, safely operate kitchen equipment, train new staff, and contribute to a high quality patient and customer experience through service excellence and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• One year prior food preparation experience preferred

• Understands chemical use related to area of work and is aware of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
