Job summary

Bryan Health is seeking a Food Service Worker to perform ordering, inventory control, catering, and patient meal assembly in our Nutrition and Dining Services department.

You will prepare hot and cold foods, assist with tray assembly and rush service, and ensure safe handling and storage of foods in accordance with health requirements. This role requires high school diploma or equivalent and a Food Handler's permit, with opportunities to learn and advance within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nourishments used in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble hot and cold foods per menu plans.
