Livingston Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team in Livingston, MT. This role supports the DON, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters a proactive, compassionate care environment.

You will lead nursing services, oversee staffing needs, participate in hiring and evaluations, and promote adherence to individualized care plans and best practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Montana.
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
• Nurse leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infection control efforts and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Facility Educator on training and development.
• Help determine and manage staffing needs.
• Assist in policy and procedure review and updates.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Ensure resident care follows individualized plans and best practices.
