Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Hospital Medicine Advanced Practitioner Clinician (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) for per diem coverage at Worcester Medical Center, SVH.

The role supports hospitalists with triage, admissions and cross-coverage, with shifts 1p-11p, 2p-2a or 8p-8a, depending on needs. Requires Board certification and MA licensure; BLS preferred. This is a per diem opportunity with EPIC/Cerner EMR experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• National Board Certification required.
• Massachusetts Physician Assistant license (Masters preferred).
• Maintains BLS and other applicable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Hospital Medicine Per Diem AP position, shifts include 1p-11p, 2p-2a or 8p-8a.
• Triage and admit new patients under hospitalist supervision.
• Collaborate with specialty services and cross-cover for hospitalized patients.
• Participate in ER sign outs and admissions with supervision.
• Support SVH IM Residency and care for the Reliant patient population.
