Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Hospital Medicine Advanced Practitioner Clinician (PA/NP) to join our Worcester, MA team. This 1.0 FTE role provides 40 hours weekly with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule and 2:00 PM–2:00 AM shifts, on-site at Worcester Medical Center.

You will join a team of sixteen physicians and six advanced practitioners, with a sign-on bonus and potential for moonlighting shifts. Epic EMR supports daily operations and hospitalist supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• National Board Certification required.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Physician Assistant; Master's preferred.
• Maintains BLS certification and professional certification as appropriate.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Hospitalist team member at Worcester Medical Center.
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours) with 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, 2:00 PM–2:00 AM.
• Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practitioners.
• Utilize Epic EMR and participate in supervision for admissions.
