Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Hospital Medicine Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) to join our Worcester, MA team at Worcester Medical Center. This 1.0 FTE role offers 40 hours with a 7-on/7-off schedule, shifts 2:00 PM–2:00 AM, and collaboration with a seasoned team of physicians and advanced practitioners.

You’ll work under hospitalist supervision with state-of-the-art Epic EMR, and there are opportunities for moonlighting, generous PTO, CME time and allowance, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• National Board Certification required
• Massachusetts license or eligibility
• New graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• 1.0 FTE/40 hours located at Worcester Medical Center
• Shifts Thursday to Wednesday; 7 days on/off
• Hours: 2:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Collaborate with hospitalists under physician supervision
• Utilize Epic EMR and dedicated care management systems
