Job summary

Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a Hospital Medicine Advanced Practitioner Clinician (PA or NP) to join our team. This 1.0 FTE position at Worcester Medical Center offers a 7 days on/7 days off schedule with 2:00 PM–2:00 AM shifts and a supportive, physician-led hospital medicine team.

You’ll work with Epic EMR, collaborate with sixteen physicians and six advanced practitioners, and have access to CME time, generous PTO and a robust retirement plan.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher required with professional certification.
• Massachusetts PA/NP license per regulatory standards.
• Masters degree preferred; BLS certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital medicine coverage as part of a physician-led team.
• Assist with admissions and inpatient care under supervision.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to optimize patient outcomes.
