Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Hospital Medicine Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) to join our Worcester, MA team. You will work with hospitalists to manage admissions in a 40-hour, 2:00 PM–2:00 AM schedule and enjoy a 7-on/7-off rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• National Board Certification.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in a Physician Assistant program, Masters level preferred.
• Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• 1.0 FTE/40 hours located at the Worcester Medical Center (Saint Vincent Hospital).
• Shifts are Thursday to Wednesday - 7 Days on followed by 7 days off.
• Hours: 2:00PM-2:00AM.
• Will join our team of sixteen Physicians and six Advanced Practitioners.
• Possibility of having three consecutive weeks off.
• Competitive salary with sign on bonus.
• Possibility of moonlight within the department for extra shifts.
• Works with Hospitalists physician supervision for admissions.
• Dedicated practice management systems in place.
• State of the art Epic EMR system.
