Qualifications

• Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hospital medicine experience.
• Leadership experience as medical director, associate director, or chief hospitalist preferred.
• Proven success in quality improvement and physician engagement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and operational leadership skills.
• Mentoring physicians and advancing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Medical and administrative leadership of the hospital medicine program.
• Oversight of physician recruitment, retention, mentoring, and professional development.
