Job summary

- Provide direct inpatient care as a hospitalist.
- Assist in overseeing daily hospital medicine operations and clinician scheduling.
- Support quality, patient safety, and performance-improvement initiatives.
- Mentor hospitalists and advanced practice clinicians.
- Collaborate with nursing, case management, and medical staff leadership.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and clinician performance management.
- Demonstrate physician leadership experience.
- Experience with quality improvement, throughput, and healthcare operations.
