You will oversee daily hospitalist operations, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with nursing and case management to improve outcomes and efficiency. Leadership in recruitment and performance management is included.

Qualifications

• Previous physician leadership experience.
• Experience with quality improvement, throughput, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care as a practicing hospitalist.
• Assist in overseeing daily hospital medicine operations and clinician scheduling.
• Support quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support hospitalists and advanced practice clinicians.
• Collaborate with nursing, case management, and medical staff leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and clinician performance management.
