Qualifications
- Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
- Minimum 3–5 years hospital medicine experience.
- Leadership experience as medical director or similar preferred.
- Proven quality improvement and physician engagement experience.
- Strong communication and operational leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical and administrative leadership of the hospital medicine program.
- Oversee physician recruitment, retention, mentoring and development.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient experience strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on operational and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and foster accountability.
