TeamHealth is seeking an Assistant Medical Director at Baptist Memorial Hospital–Memphis in Memphis, TN. The role combines clinical practice with leadership, guiding hospital medicine operations and physician engagement to deliver safe, high-quality inpatient care.

You will oversee daily hospitalist operations, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with nursing and case management to improve outcomes and efficiency. Leadership in recruitment and performance management is included.

Qualifications

• Previous physician leadership experience.
