We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.

Position Highlights –

• We are seeking an experienced APP to work at our large academic tertiary care hospital and our smaller community hospitals. Whether you enjoy a large academic environment or a smaller facility with top-notch specialty support, we can create a position that fits your clinical ideals.
• Responsibilities include rounding, admitting, cross-covering and strong multi-disciplinary collaboration. APPs work closely with our physician hospitalists and APP educators to provide evidence-based clinical care to a diverse patient population. Practice autonomously while benefitting from strong physician support.
• Dedicated APP leadership will support your ongoing professional development. Our competency-based orientation will equip you for a successful career in hospital medicine. Opportunity to develop as an educator working with APP students and new grads. Involvement in clinical research and QI opportunities is also available for those interested.
• 10-hour shifts, 7 on 7 off schedule, highly competitive salary, and benefits.

Qualifications

Board certified ACNPs, AGACNPs or PAs with at least 2 years of inpatient advanced practice experience.

The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full-time commitment for exempt employees.

Hospital Medicine AP: $134,415 - $170,260
