Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practitioners to join our employed physician team in Feeding Hills, western Massachusetts. This is a not-for-profit integrated health system with a large multispecialty network and strong emphasis on physician well-being.

The role offers 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage, on-site lab, embedded behavioral health integration and AI scribe tools.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience working in a large integrated health system is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with physicians, APPs, nurses and care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered internal medicine care with access to integrated behavioral health and specialty services.
• Work with physicians, APPs, nurses and other care team members.
• Leverage 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage and on-site lab.
• Utilize AI scribe and a state-of-the-art EMR to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with options for full-time and part-time roles.

Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. We are seeking Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practitioners to join our employed physician team in Feeding Hills.

Position Highlights

Compensation: The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Physician Salary Range: $247,300–$346,120

Advance Practitioner Salary Range: $128,000-$175,000

Qualified candidates will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Advanced Practice Provider candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with primary care experience strongly preferred.
