Job summary

Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Materials Expediter in the CH Consolidated Services department. You will collaborate with Storeroom, Receiving, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable to streamline purchase orders, substitutions, updates, receiving documents, and invoices.

In addition, you will perform Courier Dispatch duties and assist with inventory control, ensuring accurate records and timely product availability for hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of materials/inventory related work.
• Knowledge of hospital supplies and equipment.
• Understanding of Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounts Payable procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Storeroom/Receiving, Purchasing, requisitioning departments, AP, and vendors to facilitate processing of purchase orders, product substitutions & updates, receiving documents, and invoices.
