Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a Materials Management Distributor to support storeroom operations, restock supply carts, and process requisitions in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will deliver supplies, organize docks, manage floor stock, and assist with annual inventory while maintaining accurate records in the Material Management Info System.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and customer service experience; one year in a hospital storeroom is preferred.

• One year of experience in hospital or medical facility storeroom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers supplies to receiving department and general service supplies.
• Organizes and cleans dock; handles direct charges.
• Exchanges, restocks, updates and cleans supply carts per schedule.
• Processes floor requisitions with complete and correct documents.
• Maintains floor stock and stores supplies; keeps storeroom aisles clear and clean.
• Performs quality assurance tasks and notifies departments when out of supplies.
