Job summary

Boulevard Animal Hospital in Shelby, NC is seeking a Hospital Manager to provide strong, on-site leadership and operational oversight for our multi-doctor, mixed-practice hospital.

You will oversee scheduling, payroll, hiring, and compliance while driving strategic growth, staff development, and exceptional patient care and client service. Partner with the Chief of Staff and regional leadership to ensure the hospital runs smoothly and the team feels supported.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience required.
• Veterinary, medical, or service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees).
