Boulevard Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager to provide strong, on-site leadership and operational oversight for our multi-doctor, mixed-practice hospital. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, people-focused leader to partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Regional Leadership to deliver exceptional patient care, client service, and team support. As Hospital Manager, you will oversee daily operations while driving strategic growth and team development. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the hospital runs smoothly, staff feel supported, and clients receive the highest level of care. Leadership & Team Development

• Build and maintain a positive, collaborative hospital culture
• Hire, coach, and develop high-performing team members
