Job summary

Lewis Veterinary Clinic in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to lead daily operations, support the veterinary team, and ensure outstanding client and patient care. You will partner with regional leadership to maintain a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment with a focus on growth and exceptional service.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage budgeting, and drive a welcoming experience for clients and their pets.

We’re looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to help support our continued growth and keep our team and clients thriving.

About the Role

As our Hospital Manager, you’ll be a key leader overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every client and patient. You’ll partner closely with regional leadership and our veterinary team to maintain a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff

Oversee budgeting, inventory, and hospital performance metrics
