Signet Health Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and life-safety compliance at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX. Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Familiarity with DNV, CMS, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, Environment of Care, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification preferred.
• Additional HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications are a plus.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, electrical fixtures, doors and hardware.
• Respond to and coordinate maintenance work orders from clinical and administrative departments.
• Inspect and repair carpentry, drywall, flooring, and fixtures; escalate as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and PM documentation; ensure accuracy and survey-readiness.
• Assist with Life Safety inspections, emergency drills, and regulatory compliance.
• Support building and grounds maintenance, vendor coordination, and on-site safety.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; monitor work quality and safety culture.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response activities.
