• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance such as minor repairs of plumbing, HVAC, walls, doors, floors, ceilings and electrical systems.
