• Two years of technical or trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Technician performs painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
• This position provides transportation of patients to and from the facility, providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times.
