Job summary

Medical City Lewisville is seeking a General Maintenance II to perform HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance, plus related plumbing, electrical, and boiler plant duties in a hospital setting.

The role requires a relevant trade license or equivalent experience and a minimum of three years in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or boiler operations. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a commercial technical school or comparable experience in one of the following fields.
• Must possess one of the following State of Texas issued: HVAC license or Journeyman's Electricians License or Plumbing license or Boiler certification or Plant Operator certification or 10 years of experience in a related trade may be substituted for the requirements of certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or Boiler Plant Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Repair and installation of plumbing fixtures; inspect and test electrical power equipment.
• Operate emergency power generator and contribute to general maintenance around hospital buildings
