Medical City Lewisville is seeking a General Maintenance II to perform HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance, plus related plumbing, electrical, and boiler plant duties in a hospital setting.
The role requires a relevant trade license or equivalent experience and a minimum of three years in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or boiler operations. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Summary and Qualifications:
General Maintenance Technician II w/ Certification/License primary responsibility includes performing HVAC repairs/preventative maintenance on equipment. Other duties include repair and installation of plumbing fixtures; inspection/testing, repair and/or replacement of electrical power equipment; and running of emergency power generator to ensure proper operation. The Technician also performs general maintenance duties in and around the buildings of the hospital complex.
