Job summary

WRNMMC is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to plan, develop, coordinate, publish, and control preventive and corrective maintenance for the O&M program. The role converts approved work requirements into executable plans and resource-loaded schedules to minimize delays and protect hospital operations.

You will work with supervisors, technicians, Work Reception, Quality Control, procurement, subcontractors, the DHA DSS, and government representatives, using DMLSS-FM / LogiCole as the official

Qualifications

• Three years of planning or scheduling experience in facility ops/maintenance.
• Ability to publish schedules that optimize resources within constraints.
• Experience with CMMS; DMLSS-FM / LogiCole preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete job plans with scope, sequence, labor, tools, and materials.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with DHA DSS and COR to ensure PM schedules are provided timely.
• Assign work to suitably skilled personnel and optimize labor use.
• Monitor execution, backlog, and escalation of risks to due dates.
