Responsibilities

Maintain and repair HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, and other mechanical equipment in patient care areas, ORs, and labs.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Install, repair, and test electrical circuits, lighting, and plumbing as needed.
Inspect and maintain emergency generators, alarms, and backup systems to ensure safety standards.
Maintain patient rooms and building structures to ensure safety and accessibility.
Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
