Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance mechanic experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Able to read/write English and effectively communicate with staff, vendors, patients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and routine maintenance calls promptly.
• Repair mechanical and electro‑mechanical equipment in hospital facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and fire protection systems.
• Manage work orders and complete at least 80% within 60 days of issue.
