Responsibilities

• Prioritizes emergency and routine trouble calls and takes necessary action to correct problems quickly with safety in mind.
• Repairs to mechanical, electro-mechanical, and plumbing systems throughout the Hospital campus.
• Repairs to doors, floors, ceilings, and minor roofing defects to ensure safety and aesthetics.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and fire protection systems to minimize downtime.
