Two years of Maintenance Mechanic experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Ability to read and write in English and communicate with staff, vendors, patients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Prioritize emergency and routine trouble calls and take action to correct problems quickly with safety focus.
Respond to emergencies affecting patient, staff or visitor safety as directed by facilities leadership.
Record nature of trouble calls and efforts to resolve issues accurately.
Repair and maintain mechanical, electro-mechanical, and fire protection systems in the hospital.
Perform repairs on water supply and waste systems to support infection control and sanitation.
