You will perform assessments, administer treatments, document care, and collaborate with the care team while ensuring infection control and patient education. This full‑time position emphasizes compassionate, patient‑centered care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Kentucky.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.
