Advocate Health Care is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/General Stores associate to maintain 2-Bin inventory locations, replenish stock with 100% accuracy, and perform regular cycle counts. The role supports receiving, distribution, and chain-of-custody documentation within General Stores.

Strong organization and computer skills are essential for success. The position requires a High School diploma with stocking/receiving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Stocking/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with mainframe or PC computer systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all assigned 2-Bin inventory locations following the 2-Bin standard.
• Pick and pull regularly scheduled inventory to replenish locations with 100% accuracy.
• Deliver 2-Bin replenishment orders to the correct inventory location.
• Restock 2-Bins and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Check for expired products and adjust inventory counts accordingly.
• Perform monthly 2-Bin inventory and use DemandTrack for velocity/ PAR adjustments.
• Handle receiving and distribution chain-of-custody automation documentation.
• Maintain General Stores cleanliness and FEFO inventory management.
