Job summary

The Hospital Liaison at Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center (and Hillsville Health and Rehabilitation Center) focuses on public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for the Communities. You will identify, assess, and manage referrals for assigned hospital accounts daily, ensuring a positive public image and effective market penetration.

This full-time role requires healthcare marketing experience, strong sales skills in post-acute care, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of college in healthcare administration, business, marketing or PR for long-term care.
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare trends with strong sales/marketing skills in post-acute care.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing facility marketing and sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage customer referrals for assigned hospital accounts and ensure market penetration.
• Build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and help achieve census targets.
