Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Hospital Liaison to support public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for the Monroe Health & Rehab Center and Hillsdale Health & Rehab in Charlottesville.

The Liaison will identify, assess, and manage customer referrals, ensure market penetration, and uphold a positive public image while delivering outstanding service to help reach census targets and business goals. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years college education in healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care.
• Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Candidate must have working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends and have demonstrated success with strong sales and marketing skills in post-acute industry.

Responsibilities

• The Hospital Liaison is responsible for the management or general business operations of the Communities, including public relations, marketing and revenue generation.
• Identify, assess and manage customer referrals for assigned hospital accounts and ensure market penetration and a positive public image.
• Maintain excellent customer service to achieve the Communities’ business objectives and monitor referral volume and census trends.
