Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
• Receive requests from multiple sources and complete the required process for equipment services.
• Establish relationships with referral sources to grow the business and improve operations.
• Grow the business in your respective hospital and present to referral sources.
• Coordinate home equipment service requests with Dispatch for prompt delivery.
• Educate patients on Medicare, Medicaid and third-party payer sources for equipment.
• Verify medical necessity, insurance coverage and physician orders for services.
• Ensure proper paperwork for the Billing Department and adhere to department metrics.
