The role involves building relationships with eldercare professionals, physicians, and senior centers, planning educational events, and driving growth in multiple locations around Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans.

• Experience in long-term care external liaison or marketing.

We are currently seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison / Marketing Director.

Requirements

• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to planning educational lunches in and out of the building
• Meets with key referral sources e.g. Eldercare Attorneys, Senior Centers, Physician's offices
• Research physicians in our targeted area to partner with our facility
• Should be familiar with Philadelphia and the surrounding community
• Sell and promotes facility services in PA
• Build sales within assigned area according to goals
• Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
• Must have long term care experience as an external liaison or marketer
• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.

Job Type: Full-time

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
