Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison in Ohio. The role focuses on implementing marketing strategies, planning educational lunches, and building relationships with referral sources and physicians in the Cleveland area.

You will promote facility services across OH and drive sales within the assigned territory. The position requires long term care external liaison experience, strong written and verbal communication, and good judgment.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and good judgment.
• Must have long term care experience as an external liaison.
• Experience in business development, sales or marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities, including educational lunches.
• Meet with key referral sources such as Eldercare Attorneys and Physician offices.
• Research physicians in the targeted area to partner with the facility.
• Sell and promote facility services in OH and build sales within the assigned area.
• Maintain familiarity with hospitals on the West side of Cleveland and surrounding community.

We are currently seeking an experienced Hospital Liasion.

Hospital Liasion Requirements:

• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to planning educational lunches in and out of the building
• Familar with the hospitals on the West side of Cleveland.
• Meets with key referral sources e.g. Eldercare Attorneys, Senior Centers, Physician's offices
• Researches physicians in our targeted area to partner with our facility
• Should be familiar with Cuyahoga County, OH and the surrounding community
• Sell and promotes facility services in OH
• Build sales within assigned area according to goals
• Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
• Must have long term care experience as an external liaison
• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Associate (Preferred)
