AdventHealth is hiring a Full-time Food Service Associate in Orlando, FL. You will prepare, assemble, weigh, and portion hot and cold items, ensuring quality and accuracy according to recipes and requisitions.

You’ll label, date, and rotate products, sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean production area to meet safety standards. The role supports daily service with a focus on timely delivery in a fast-paced hospital kitchen.

• 2+ years in institutional food preparation
• Experience in high-volume food service production

Responsabilités

• Prepare, assemble, weigh, and measure hot and cold food items according to requisitions and recipe specs.
• Ensure and verify product quality for taste, appearance, and freshness; label items with expiration dates.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; sanitize equipment and follow regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor temperatures, rotate inventory using FIFO, and complete documentation for food safety compliance.
• Manage high-volume production to meet deadlines and productivity goals; collaborate with staff to resolve issues.
