Responsibilities

• Prepares all foods for service as scheduled in the proper amounts needed.
• Ensures foods are served at the proper temperature and presented well.
• Follows recipes and ensures correct portions for service.
• Reviews with staff all menu items and method of service.
• Alerts staff to menu changes in time for action.
• Reviews menus for service periods and necessary preparation.
• Coordinates with staff for next-day service and any changes.
• Assists with sanitation of the food service area and equipment.
• Cleans and maintains the work area at all times.
