Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons and cooks food for patients, staff and visitors according to menu and production sheets.
• Coordinates timing of preparation to meet service schedules for patients and catering.
• Adheres to standardized recipes and portion control to minimize waste and manage costs.
• Follows state health safety guidelines and maintains cleanliness.
• Directs staff assisting in food preparation and communicates menu information to cooks and chef manager.
• Assists with assembling patient trays and washing pots and pans.
• Delivers professional customer service to internal and external customers.
