Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a full-time culinary associate to prepare patient, retail, and catering meals according to production records. You will review pull sheets, organize ingredients for high-volume service, and maintain a clean, compliant kitchen with temperature records.

Inventory management and collaboration with nurses and managers ensure quality and timely food service. Must be able to work night-weekend shifts in a hospital setting, with opportunities for growth and consistent benefits

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cooking methods.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Therapeutic diet preparation knowledge (preferred).
• Knowledge about working in the food industry.
• Ability to cook precisely and efficiently; multi-task under pressure.
