Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service experience (preferably healthcare) in a high volume environment.
• Proficient in use and maintenance of kitchen and sanitation equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Ability to obtain AZ Food Handlers Permit and ServeSafe Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve all menu items according to standardized recipes and department service standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment following health department and kitchen safety procedures.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas compliant with local standards and company policies.
• Complete all assigned tasks while on duty adhering to safety standards and CMC policies.
