Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of cooking experience preferred and familiarity with cutting tools, cookware and bakeware. On-site work and a team-oriented environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for patients, associates and guests; reviews menus and orders to determine type and quantity of food to prepare.
• Ensures department meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Maintains stocks and replenishes cafeteria items per department standards.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of cafeteria, serving areas and equipment.
• Demonstrates a positive and friendly attitude.
• Prepares and serves daily menu cycle items for grill and deli stations.
• Cleans and stocks area after each meal.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
