Job summary

The ideal candidate will have HS/GED, experience in high-volume food prep, and may have supervisory experience. Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of sanitation and recipe adherence are essential to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• HS/GED preferred.
• Food preparation experience in a high volume setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and regulatory agencies (JCAHO) for food prep and handling.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and safe food handling techniques.
• Ability to follow written recipes and maintain patient confidentiality.
