Job summary

College Medical Center Phoenix is hiring a dedicated food service employee to prepare, cook, and serve meals for patients, staff, and guests. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service experience (preferably healthcare) in a high volume environment.
• Proficient in use and maintenance of kitchen and sanitation equipment.
• Must obtain (or already have) a Food Handlers Permit for AZ; ServeSafe Certification preferred and FH/ServeSafe within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve all menu items according to standardized recipes and service standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment, following health department standards and proper sanitation.
• Maintain kitchen and storage areas according to local regulations and company standards.
• Complete assigned tasks while on duty per safety standards and policies.
